Biography


My research centers on exploring strategies to enhance sleep quality while also investigating the adverse effects of sleep disruptions on various aspects of human well-being. As a post-doctoral researcher at University of Wisconsin-Madison, I am engaged in non-invasive experiments in humans aimed at improving sleep through Transcranial Electric Stimulation with Temporal Interference, with the ultimate goal of promoting emotional health and stress resilience.

Research Interests: Sleep, Neuroscience, TMS-EEG, TES-TI.
