Biography

I am a computer engineer who found in consciousness an interesting, fundamental and unexplored problem at the crossroads of science and philosophy. I completed a Masters in Neuroscience at the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2021, where I worked under the supervision of Fernando Barrios trying to decode emotions with fMRI. At the CSC, I am working on developing and testing the Integrated Information Theory, a scientific framework for understanding consciousness.
